Seattle's downtown is located between I-5 to the East and Puget sound to the West. Downtown includes the neighborhoods of Belltown to the North, Market Place Central, Historic Pioneer Square to the South and Seattle's newest neighborhood, called Gateway, to the East.
Belltown is a neighborhood of upscale condominiums between the Market and Seattle Center. Over 9 million people come each year to visit Seattle Center's Space Needle the new World Famous Sculpture Park. Pike Place Market area is an exciting place to live. The market is known around the work for colorful produce, flying fish from the day's catch, fresh flowers, many local arts and crafts and great eateries.
